Women in Finance Charter

Scalable Capital is proud to have signed the HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter. By signing this charter, we have made a commitment to drive change and promote gender diversity at all levels in our company. We believe that we have a role to play in driving equality across the financial services industry.

Women in Finance Charter

As part of this commitment, we have set ourselves the following gender diversity targets and will publish annual reports on our progress towards:

  • Women to represent 40 percent of the senior team by 2020.
  • Inspiring young female talent prior to entering the workplace. This includes initiatives such as promoting careers in financial services at schools.
  • Working with signatories of the Chart and/or Women in Finance associations to organise a gender diversity initiative to mark the upcoming 100th Anniversary of the Women's Right To Vote.
  • Creating clear guidelines for our recruitment team to avoid unconscious bias in all job adverts we post.

We have appointed Dr Ella Rabener, UK Founder and Global CMO of Scalable Capital, as responsible for driving these targets and ensuring they stay at the top of the board-level agenda.
