German-speaking Marketing Manager

As our German-speaking (native) Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Marketing & CRM team in our London office. You will be instrumental to our company growth by helping us implement and continuously refine our targeted communications strategy for mass-affluent clients in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. You will help us drive new traffic to the website as well as work on a variety of conversion optimisation measures.

The role is ideal for someone who has already gathered some experience with digital and offline marketing as well as performance optimisation, and who is looking for an opportunity to become part of a company with a great growth trajectory.

Opportunities & Responsibilities as Marketing Manager


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan and execute of digital as well as offline activities for our multi-channel marketing mix, including ownership of our significant budget for print activities
  • Generate ideas for performance optimisation initiatives, based on data-driven analyses using our in-house analytics/BI solution
  • Support our SEO strategy
  • Develop landing pages and conduct A/B tests

We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Native speaker German - we won't consider any applications from non-German speakers
  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably with a company selling an online service or with an agency working for digital companies
  • Knowledge of the typical optimisation techniques for digital channels
  • Experience with Google Analytics, ideally also with a mobile app tracking software (e.g., Firebase Analytics)
  • Great at working with numbers and eager to analyse data/create reports
  • Attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to work under tight deadlines/react quickly to upcoming events and opportunities
  • Permission to work in the UK
